Healthy Sexuality is a five-day workshop designed for women in recovery who are looking for balance and fulfillment in their sexuality. The program features education, experiential therapy, individual processing and group work.

Objectives:

• Provide a safe place to share your
  story with “fair witnesses”
• Face coupleship and family issues
• Reduce shame
• Understand the sexual response cycle
• Explore codependency
• Build self-esteem
• Learn and practice boundaries
• Learn how to live in a “culture of support”
• Return home with a concrete aftercare plan

Cancellations of participants must be received by mail or fax at least one week prior to the date of the seminar. Intensive fees, less a $300 cancellation fee, are refundable if cancellation is made at least one week prior to the intensive. In the event of a cancellation of the intensive event, the participant shall receive a full refund of fees paid.
